The MBTI® tool measures four different personality preference scales: Extraversion (E) or Introversion (I); Sensing (S) or Intuition (N); Thinking (T) or Feeling (F); and Judging (J) or Perceiving (P). Results are delivered in a four-letter code.

- After receiving your email, we will contact you to make the necessary arrangements for you to take the assessment online.
- After the assessment has been completed and you have received your materials, we will email you to set a telephone or in-person feedback appointment.
- The one-hour feedback session will explain your results and help you to discover your "best-fit" personality type.
- The session will concentrate on the focus of your choice. Examples might be career, management or personal development.
The fee for this service is $150. The fee covers the online administration and scoring of the instrument, all materials and a one-hour conference call or appointment.
An additional personalized report will be provided once you have verified your type. This report covers your:
- work-related strengths and potential blind spots
- leadership and team style
- ideal work environment
- interviewing strengths
- range of careers to consider and research
- ideal boss
- entrepreneurial style
- approach to money and salary negotiations
- approach to the job search

The Strong Interest Inventory is an online assessment, which provides a report of your specific interests, work settings, and the career fields that fit your pattern of interests. With an all-new normative sample, the Strong uses a wide range of educational, ethnic, and socioeconomic data to ensure its reliability and validity. The Strong is available with the MBTI tool for an additional $50. An added 30 minutes will be provided for the Strong interpretation.
